GALALAE Dragos Ionut

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Linux and embedded systems, with experience spanning system software, drivers, networking, applications and user interfaces.

My embedded background gives me a solid understanding of what happens beneath the Linux environment, from hardware interfaces, bootloaders and BSPs to low-level debugging and performance issues. I primarily work with C and Python and have extensive experience with Linux development, Buildroot, Yocto, GCC, Git and Docker. I enjoy solving complex technical problems where understanding the whole system matters, whether that means debugging a difficult issue, bringing up new hardware, developing a driver or building reliable software on top of an existing platform.

Outside of professional work, I continue exploring technology through open-source projects, electronics, PCB design and 3D printing.
